Description:

 

1. This glass bottle machine is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, totally ensure it lasting, anti-rust and easy cleaning.

2. The glass bottle machine contains washer, filler and capper in one body of in case. The whole process is automatic, time-saving and less labor.

3. The glass bottle machine adopts imported key components, like central control PLC, pressure transmitter, and electromagnetic chaos pneumatic servo measurement level, to ensure the stability of liquid surface.

4. The glass bottle machine adopts soft backing board unit to ensure a safe and stable automatically filling system. Once no bottle or unqualified bottle builds constant pressure, the valve will close automatically.

5. The part of filling setup has been designed with overload clutch as a protector. It will stop automatically when any accident happens.

6. The glass bottle machine adopts accurate high-fluid level control, ensuring filling quality, and uses hermetically pressure filling with function of no foam and not spilling out.

7. The glass bottle machine has a stable start-up, operating from low speed to high speed.
